From passion to profession
My journey into personal training began not in a gym, but in the pursuit of understanding human performance. Growing up, I was fascinated by what separates those who achieve lasting results from those who don't — and that curiosity has never left me.
After years of studying exercise science, nutrition, and behavioural psychology, I realised that the missing piece wasn't more information — it was better implementation. The most successful people I've worked with don't need another diet plan or workout routine. They need a system that integrates seamlessly into their lives.
That insight shaped everything about how I approach coaching today. Every programme is built from the ground up, accounting for travel schedules, work demands, family commitments, and personal preferences.
