The Journey

From passion to profession

As a competitive athlete, I was fascinated by what the human body was capable of when trained with purpose. That curiosity led me to study Sport and Exercise Science, searching for a deeper understanding of performance.

Training under an elite GB speed coach and working closely with a physiotherapist demanded absolute discipline. Every decision, every session, served a single objective: competing at the Olympic level.

But after years immersed in exercise science, nutrition, and behavioural psychology, one truth became clear. The missing piece was never more information - it was better implementation. The most successful people I have worked with do not need another diet plan or workout routine. They need a system that integrates seamlessly into their lives.

That insight shaped everything about how I approach coaching today. Every programme is built from the ground up, accounting for travel schedules, work demands, family commitments, and personal preferences. The result is training that does not feel like another obligation - it feels like an investment in yourself.
